Professor Ami David MBE.
A community nurse by background, Ami is known nationally for her work in primary and community nursing. She has extensive experience in the NHS at Executive & non-xecutive Director levels in commissioning and provider authorities and in associated organisations including the King's Fund, Nursing Times and Higher Education institutions.
Theresa is a community nurse and Health Visitor by background. She has wide experience of managing all community services including every aspect of nursing. Theresa has led in-patient units and is an expert in changing service delivery. She has worked as a Director of Nursing at Board level in community trusts and has also worked within a Strategic Health Authority.
Sylvia began her career as a nurse and progressed through to senior management level where she played operational and strategic roles in the development of Primary and Community Health Services. Quality Assurance, performance reviews and change management have been key aspects of these roles.
External Advisor to Quest / Auditor. Mary Saunders' career has been in a wide variety of community and primary care nursing roles and has alternated between the health service and education. She has held senior management positions in primary care trusts and also in education, most recently as an academic head of department in a university with responsibility for community and primary care nursing, public health and social work courses. Her key interests are in practice development and quality assurance. Currently she is self-employed and has recently delivered projects for Health Education England and the Queen's Nursing Institute.
The Quest Team also comprises a team of nurse auditors who have an impressive range of clinical expertise and talents. Their backgrounds are from academia, all aspects of Community & Primary Care nursing and Clinical Nurse specialisms. They bring a wealth of knowledge and challenge to the Audit process and are instrumental in post-audit follow up work with organisations.
